Chambourcin Wine Style Chambourcin -- Dry, Red Tasting Notes Our Chambourcin is a medium bodied dry red wine produced from the chambourcin grape. It has a fruity aroma and mellow palate structure. Food Pairing Pairs well with sausage, fine cheeses, pizza, burgers, pasta and steaks.
Cynthiana Wine Style Norton -- Dry, Red Tasting Notes Made from the Missouri State Grape… Cynthiana/ (A.K.A.) Norton, Our Cynthiana is a full bodied robust red wine aged in French Oak Barrels. This wine features a silky texture and smooth tanins. Food Pairing Pairs well with red meats, most fish, and red sauce pasta dishes.
Chardonel WINE STYLE Chardonel -- Dry, White Tasting Notes Our Chardonel is a crisp and fruity table wine with a touch of French Oak Barrel aging. Made from Chardonel grapes grown in our own vineyards. Food Pairing Try it with fish, chicken and light pasta dishes.
Traminette Wine Style Traminette -- Semi-Dry, White Tasting Notes The Traminette wine is a semi dry white done in the German Traminer Style to bring out the floral and spice aroma that complement the citrus and tropical flavors. Made entirely from the Traminette grape. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. Food Pairing Pairs well with sausage, fine cheeses, fruit dishes, watermelon and zesty recipes.
